What we collect
- When you book an intro call: the details you enter in our booking tool, usually your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your audience or idea. The booking tool is provided by [booking provider, e.g. Setmore], which processes this data on our behalf.
- When you use our contact form: your name, email address, main platform, your handle or channel link, your audience size, what your audience most often asks you for, what you'd like to build (optional), and your agreement to us storing these details. Your submission is stored on our website using WS Form, and a copy is emailed to us so we can reply.
- Spam protection: our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by a person. Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
- When you email us: your email address and the content of your message.
- When you message us on Instagram: your Instagram username and the content of your message. Instagram is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
- When you visit the site: standard technical data processed by our hosting provider ([hosting provider]), such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept in server logs for security.
We do not use advertising cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without using cookies. [confirm: any other cookies set by plugins or the booking tool]
