How it works

How a partnership works

Who does what, what to expect from the first call to launch and beyond, and how to tell whether we're a fit.

Who does what

You stay the expert. We run the engine.

What you bring

  • Your expertise and point of view
  • Your credibility and relationship with your audience
  • Your reach: the channels where your audience already follows you
  • Time to create the expert content only you can create

What we handle

  • Offer strategy and audience research
  • Product structure and development
  • Launch assets: sales page, emails, checkout
  • Sales systems and backend operations

The process

From first call to a running offer

  1. Intro call

We learn about you, your audience and the questions people keep bringing to you. You learn how we work. If a partnership doesn't make sense, we'll tell you plainly.

    Who: you and us

  2. Find the offer

We look at what your audience asks for, what they already buy and where your expertise is strongest, then agree on one valuable problem to solve. Demand is checked before anything is built.

Who: together; we lead the research

  3. Shape and agree

We propose the offer: its format (digital product, coaching program or service), structure and positioning. We agree the partnership terms in writing before the build starts.

    Who: we propose, you decide

  4. Build and launch

You create the expert content. We build everything around it: product structure, sales page, emails, checkout and the launch plan. Then we launch it to your existing audience, with you as the face.

Who: you create, we build and run the launch

  5. Run and grow

After launch we handle delivery, customer workflows and reporting, and use what buyers tell us to improve the offer over time.

Who: we operate, you stay the expert

Is this a fit?

Honest about who we're for

Likely a good fit

  • You have an engaged audience that trusts your advice
  • People ask you for help often enough to see a pattern
  • You want to stay the expert and face of the offer
  • You're willing to invest time in content only you can create

Probably not a fit

  • You're looking for a monthly-retainer marketing agency
  • You want a product with your name on it but no involvement
  • You're still building your first audience

Questions

Common questions

Do I need a huge audience?

No. An engaged audience that trusts you matters more than follower count. We'll talk it through on the intro call.

How do you get paid?

We work as partners rather than on a traditional agency retainer. The structure depends on the offer, and it's agreed together, in writing, before any build work begins.

Who owns the product and the audience relationship?

You remain the face of the offer and keep your relationship with your audience. Ownership and responsibilities are set out in the written partnership agreement before we start.

How much of my time will it take?

You'll spend time in discovery, reviewing the offer and creating the expert content only you can create. We handle the rest and keep our requests clear and scheduled.

What kinds of offers do you build?

Digital products, coaching programs and services: whichever format best solves the problem your audience wants solved.

Can I see case studies?

Not yet. We're a new operator and we won't invent them. On the intro call we'll walk you through exactly how we'd approach your offer, so you can judge the thinking for yourself.
